Elementary School Assemblies

Bill Sanders is a gifted speaker known for his sincerity, humor, and story-telling. Since 1978 he has been touching the lives of countless students, parents, teachers, and business people all across America. He has an uncanny ability of being able to speak the language and get on the level of many different audiences, all within the same day. A typical day for Bill might be speaking to 400 elementary students in the morning; 1,800 junior high and high school students in the afternoon; a complementary after school pizza party; and an evening with 400 to 1,500 parents, students, and community members.

Over 600 schools have said: "Bill is by far the best speaker we have ever had in the history of our school." Bill leaves his address and e-mail at every school he visits, personally answering over 800 letters annually which keeps him on the cutting edge of exactly where our young people are in their lives. "Bill Sanders reads kids like a book and can change directions in the middle of a speech depending on their reactions and body language better than any speaker I have ever seen!"
- Superintendent in Kansas

Bill Sanders offers a variety of assemblies and programs for your school and the surrounding community. His programs fit into three basic categories: High School and Middle School, Kindergarten and Elementary School, and Parent and Community.

Kindergarten - Grade 6 "I'm Somebody Special"
Bill loves talking to elementary students. He usually leaves with more speech material than he brings. Recently he asked a group of kindergartners, "What does the red light mean?" A brave "little girl answered, Stop" How about the green light?" The same little girl proudly said, "Go." Finally he asked about the yellow light and she boldly said, "BEAT THE LIGHT!" Look at the pictures of students from some of Bill's elementary talks and you will notice them putting their fingers in a way that means "I am thumbody special" It is hard to believe Bill can hold the attention of hundreds of K-5th graders for 45 minutes, when it seems as if it lasted only about 15 minutes. The great thing about speaking to little children is that they go home and repeat each and every story they have heard, they love Bill's humor, and they drag their parents back when Bill has an evening parent/community program.
